Our broth is simmered slowly for over 24 hours, depending on your choice of preparation, to release the full spectrum of minerals, collagen, and amino acids from the bones. The result is a nutrient-dense elixir that supports joint health, bone strength, gut repair, and immunity. Grass-fed beef in particular is known for its higher omega-3 content, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), and anti-inflammatory properties, making it a powerful foundation for long-term health.
What makes our broth truly unique is our family secret ingredient: mastic gum. This ancient resin, prized in Mediterranean traditions, adds both depth of flavor and profound benefits.
