Why?
Our breads are naturally fermented for 24 hours (12 hrs fermentation + 12 hrs cold proof), and our broths are gently simmered for 12–24 hours. This slow process is what makes them nourishing, digestible, and truly gut-friendly.

At MKitchen Tales, we take pride in our licensed micro-bakery with a strong commitment to gut health. Our focus is on nourishing foods made with love and care, just as we would for our families. We source 90% organic produce, ensuring our ingredients are wholesome and nutrient-dense. While some items like raisins and walnuts aren’t certified organic, we obtain them from trusted suppliers we know.

Though we are not a gluten- or nut-free kitchen, we do provide options for both needs. Our meats and chicken are either organic or grass-fed, depending on availability, and we prioritize quality in every choice. We do not use processed sugars, our sweet items are only sweetened with organic coconut sugar, keeping everything pure and natural.

All of our flour is organic, and we ensure every loaf of sourdough is slowly fermented for a minimum of 24 hours to unlock its full, nourishing potential. The same care applies to our bone broth, allowing you to enjoy all the health benefits in every bite and sip.

Delivery Information

Our bone broth is available for delivery every Friday. To ensure your order arrives fresh, please place your order by 10 AM on Thursday.

For sourdough deliveries, simply place your order by 11 AM the day before, and we’ll ensure your loaf arrives the following day.
